Our exhibition showcases the work of a diverse group of artists at all stages in their careers who work predominantly with the human form. Bringing observational drawing and painting together with more imaginative depictions, it celebrates an exciting plurality of approaches, mediums and possibilities when it comes to portraying people within a contemporary art context.
@thepaperstage is an inclusive, diverse and friendly platform for new and emerging artists. What started as life drawing classes has now grown into something bigger and even more exciting! This show was part of a series of events called the Expanded Drawing Week, connecting drawing and other art forms.
